Safe Harbor Amore was created with a simple belief at its core: assisted living should feel like home, not an institution. Families shouldn’t have to choose between safety and warmthor between proper care and genuine human connection.

My name is Tina Cash, and as the Administrator and House Manager, I’m closely involved in the daily life of our home. I didn’t enter senior care by accident. What began as a behind-the-scenes role quickly became something much deeper as I discovered how meaningful it is to build relationships with older adults and support them through the everyday moments that truly matter.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when seniors are genuinely known when caregivers notice small changes, remember personal stories, and take the time to sit, listen, and connect. Those experiences shaped the culture of Safe Harbor Amore and continue to guide how we care for our residents today.

Because we are locally owned and intentionally residential, we’re able to stay closely connected to both residents and families. Communication is straightforward, adjustments happen quickly, and care remains aligned as needs evolve. This model allows us to create a calm, well-paced environment where residents can settle in, feel secure in their routines, and maintain a sense of dignity while families gain peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving thoughtful, attentive support.
